What we liked
- + Low 49-piece count keeps the build approachable for newer modelers
- + Famous P-51D subject has endless paint schemes to choose from
- + Quarter scale gives a satisfying size without an overwhelming parts tree
Trade-offs
- - Older tooling may show more flash and softer detail than recent kits
- - Skill Level 4 still expects gluing and painting, not snap assembly
